 Tropical Passion Cake –

Coconut cake drenched in coconut rum.  Filled with a layer of passion fruit curd and a layer of coconut mousse with freshly diced pineapple.  Frosted with coconut rum whipped cream and masked with toasted coconut.

Cannoli Cake –

Two layers of golden layer cake filled with homemade cannoli cream. Frosted with vanilla French buttercream and drizzled with chocolate ganache.

Two layers of chocolate cake filled with raspberry preserves and chocolate mousse. This ultimate special occasion cake is frosted with a vanilla French buttercream basketweave design.

All cakes are decorated with fresh flowers and chocolate Easter eggs.
