We were thrilled when the staff at Colin Cowie Celebrations in New York City contacted us to create a James Bond themed cake for a 50th Birthday Celebration at Norwich Marina. The cake had alternating tiers of golden layer cake with raspberry buttercream filling and chocolate devil’s food with chocolate mousse filling. We covered the tiers in black and blue rolled fondant and used silver edible dust to duplicate the party’s logos on the sides of the cake. The cake was finished with a hand made fondant revolver for the top. Doesn’t it look real?
