Never in a million years did I think that so many people would be talking about how delicious my wedding cake was. You did an incredible job. People were saying that it was the best wedding cake that they had ever had. I am sad that my groom and I only had two bites of the cannoli for when we cut the cake but they were delicious and luckily we have a little bit of chocolate to get us to our honeymoon.

Hope – The wedding cake was FANTASTIC! Laurelview had it on display in the room with the bridesmaids flowers placed around it. Your design was simple….but elegant – the white roses placed on the white cake looked great. It was moist and yummy!!!! Thank you so much for sharing your talent with my family and friends.

Dear Hope,

I was so pleased with just the appearance of the cake today –it was so beautiful, I was too nervous to cut it myself, so I made Boni do it!

Everyone, but everyone asked us where the cake came from and said how delicious it was and it truly was –so light (gosh knows how you make sponge and buttercream that light!)and the raspberries complimented it perfectly. You helped make our little surprise event go really well!

How are you? I just wanted to thank you for making an amazing cake for my wedding back on February 21st!! I know that this “thank you” e-mail is late, but I just wanted to tell you that my husband, Jason, and I were so pleased with our wedding cake. The decorating and design was outstanding!! I can be picky as a cake decorator myself, but the cake exceeded my expectations!! Our guests all said that the red velvet cake with chocolate mousse was absolutely delicious!! We could not agree more!! I have already recommended your bakery to some future brides. I hope that you get some additional business!!
