My family looks forward to an occasion where we can order a cake from J-Cakes. My daughter’s communion cake was absolutly beautiful and the best flipping cake we’ve ever had. Also, Hope’s new cupcakes are to die for!

There has been very little to celebrate the last year or so, and we are so looking forward to my mother’s birthday party – with yet another cake from this fabulous place! We’re trying to get all our responses, and all we have to say is “Jcake” and everyone says “OK!”. It’s so funny, cuz at all our parties with Jcakes, all of a sudden you can hear a almost whispering chant of “It’s a Jcake!” throughout the room, and it really adds to a party! Can’t wait til Sunday!!!

Loved My Birthday Cake!! Not only did it look beautiful but It was so good! I think I ate most of it myself. Everyone should try the Premium White chocolate Mousse Cake. It is the best. Can’t wait to order another one.

After hearing so many rave reviews on J Cakes, we decided to order one for my father’s surprise party and it was the absolute best cake in the world! It was moist and yummy and the decorations were perfect. It was a Nascar cake with chocolate mouse and it rocked! I will spread the word about your cakes that is for sure! Thank you very much!!!!!!

Just a quick note to thank Hope and the crew of J-cakes for an amazing cake! As you know I was a little unclear as to what to do for a “commitment party” but with your help, the cake was the hit of the party!

Another perfect birthday cake!! You never disappoint. Her 16th pink and zebra vision was made perfect to her drawing and this year for 17th the star design was right on also. Thank you so much and see you again soon.

Thank you so much for making the most gorgeous and absolutely delicious wedding cake!! Our wedding was on September 12th and my friends and family are still talking about our cake! It was EXACTLY what I invisioned. It actually took my breath away when I saw it…it was so beautiful. To top it off it was delicoius too…the crushed oreo filling was such a hit. You never find a good looking and great tasting cake…unless you get the cake from J-Cakes…then you get both!!! Thank you so much Hope!! We will be back!!

I cannot thank you enough for our fabulous wedding cake. We have had so many compliments on it and we have been eating the leftovers for a week now–so good! The design was also great–for not knowing what to expect since we gave you creative liberty, you really impressed all of us. You were such a sweetheart and I can’t wait until I need another cake from ya!

Hope, I just wanted to say THANK YOU SO MUCH! You made my Twilight cakes (plural!!!) beautifully!!! I can’t even tell you how hard it was for me to cut into them! They were completely above and beyond what I could have imagined. Plus, they were the most incredible tasting cakes! I can’t even say thank you enough!

Anyone who orders from JCakes will not be disappointed…I have ordered before and was beyond pleased with my daughters Communion cake (strawberry shortcake)…Everyone commented on how it tasted like the cake they would get on Sunday after church from the local italian pastry/cake shop when they were young.

We just came from our grand-daughters 9th birthday party. It is just unbelieveable how a cake that looked so beautiful could taste even better (if that is possible.) I just had to take the time to let you know what a fabulous cake you made for her. I have never tasted a cake so-o-o-o moist with frosting so-o-o-o creamy. We especially liked the way the cake was not too sweet. The way you decorated it was just beautiful (with real flowers.) You are truly an “Elegant Gourmet Cake Shop”. I cannot wait for our next get together, because all our cakes will be coming from J-Cakes from now on.

Hope is not only a great pastry chef, she is a great person and a pleasure to work with.
The wedding cake was beatiful and tasted wonderful. The groom’s chocolate peanut butter cake was AWESOME and was the hit of the wedding. Her cakes are so great I want to marry again, just for the cake!

Dear Hope, Thanks for making the Carrot Cake when I was in Connecticut last time. It was quickly devoured by the office staff. Chrystal had to defend it from some people. I really enjjoyed it. So delicious!!! I am so glad your business has prospered.

My first order was for my mothers birthday. The two cakes were absolutely amazing, the presentation was beautiful and taste, superb. My next order was for my daugher, a cupcake cake. It was soooo perfect and delicious.

Not only was my cake baked and ready for pick up on the day that I ordered it but after dinner at Brazi’s the waiters sat down with us to have coffee and cake (my dad’s 70th birthday) two weeks later my nephew’s first holy communion after dinner I was asked same baker. They sat down again. Everyone LOVES your cake.
